I wear multiple hats at Fire Pixel as I perform both administrative assistant tasks, while also taking on graphic design projects. I enjoy working within Fire Pixel’s fun and creative environment and hope our clients can come away with the same feeling as they do business with us.
All throughout high school I wanted to go to college for music performance and hone my skills playing all the instruments in the percussion family. After freshman year of college, I felt that music was becoming more of a chore and I just didn’t enjoy it anymore, so I decided to switch majors. At that time I considered the visual arts to be more of a hobby for me, but decided to give the graphic design program a try. I quickly found that I really enjoyed the courses, and in May of 2010 I graduated from UW-Green Bay with a Bachelors Degree in Communication and the Arts, emphasizing the Design Arts. I also minored in music.
Since graduating from college, I had been doing lots of freelance design work, and am very happy with the direction my career path has taken. When I’m not at my desk at Fire Pixel, I’m performing with a local volunteer symphony, and geeking out to anything involving Star Wars.
